Reproduction Steps

  1. Create a new issue.
  2. Search for its title immediately from the issue list.
  3. Refresh and search again.

Expected Result

  • The newly created issue should appear in search results immediately.

Investigation Notes

  • Confirm the list and detail flows still support rapid triage.
  • Fixed by updating the query invalidation behavior.
  • No longer reproducible after the latest release.

Impact

  • Agents think tickets disappeared and duplicate reports are created.
  • This issue affects LATAM customers and is prioritized as critical.
