The issue list search occasionally omits items created within the last few minutes after a filter change.
Scope: support workflows
Root cause hint: workflow regression
Reproduction Steps
Create a new issue.
Search for its title immediately from the issue list.
Refresh and search again.
Expected Result
The newly created issue should appear in search results immediately.
Investigation Notes
Confirm the list and detail flows still support rapid triage.
Fixed by updating the query invalidation behavior.
No longer reproducible after the latest release.
Impact
Agents think tickets disappeared and duplicate reports are created.
This issue affects LATAM customers and is prioritized as critical.
